This four-star complex consists of 35 apartments on the ground and first floors, surrounded by greenery and designed to ensure privacy and comfort. Furnished in a simple style, the accommodations are spacious and bright, and feature air conditioning, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with electric oven and fridge, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer (on request), as well as a furnished veranda or terrace with table and chairs for outdoor relaxation. One-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to four guests and include a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Two-bedroom apartments, ideal for families or groups of up to six guests, offer a living room with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.

Guests have access to a wide range of services designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a bar with terrace and pizzeria, a coin-operated self-service laundry, Wi-Fi in the common areas, and unguarded on-site parking. A baby cot and high chair can be requested, and the property is also accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

The long Budoni Beach, with fine sand and crystal-clear waters with a gently sloping seabed, is about 5 km away and can be easily reached within a few minutes by car. Porto Ottiolu Beach, 8 km away, and the renowned bays of San Teodoro, such as La Cinta, Brandinchi and Lu Impostu, offer further opportunities for leisure and relaxation, with transparent waters and natural landscapes of rare beauty.

A mandatory flat-rate fee, including electricity, water, gas, and the first set of bed linen and towels, must be paid on site (unless otherwise stated) at a cost of €7 per person per day (infants exempt). Final cleaning is also mandatory and payable on site, amounting to €80 for the one-bedroom apartment (4 people) and €100 for the two-bedroom apartment. The property offers its guests private unguarded parking and a reception office open at set times. Small pets up to 15 kg are allowed with a mandatory supplement of €70.00 for sanitising the accommodation.

The first change of bed linen and towels is already included. If you need additional changes (at an extra charge), please ask our on-site assistance.
Check-out is by 10:00 am. For early morning departures, please contact our on-site assistance the day before so the deposit can be released after the apartment has been checked.
Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance. If not notified, apartment delivery cannot be guaranteed and/or an additional fee may be required.
